Photography allows a person to express what he/she feels or their emotions, but to do so one must put passion and intense interest for it. Looking in a photograph, what we see is a scene or a mere image. But there’s a hidden meaning behind every photograph. We are also looking on what the photographer wants to express to us, the message, emotion and a feeling in no words can say. Every picture has its own meaning. We may see an ordinary scene but the photographer captures that scene in a way that it makes an impact to the one who is looking at it.
A vulture watches a starving child [1993]
“The prize-winning image: A vulture watches a starving child in southern Sudan, March 1, 1993.Carter’s winning photo shows a heart-breaking scene of a starving child collapsed on the ground, struggling to get to a food center during a famine in the Sudan in 1993. In the background, a vulture stalks the emaciated child. Carter was part of a group of four fearless photojournalists known as the “Bang Bang Club” who traveled throughout South Africa capturing the atrocities committed during apartheid. Haunted by the horrific images from Sudan, Carter committed suicide in 1994 soon after receiving the award.”pinguy.infogami.com/blog/vwm6
With the rapidly growing technology, there are a lot of ways wherein the photographer can fully express his/her thoughts and feelings. Many would say that floating or flying in the air is impossible but through what they call Levitation it is possible. Because photographers are gifted with creative minds they are able to possess flying and levitation abilities. They can even use Photoshop to add effect and drama to their picture and to make it more realistic. It is hard to do these but if you have passion on what you do, you can make it.

Another kind which became a huge hit in line of photography is Planking. It became popular especially to youths. Actually, this planking is easy to do and everyone can do it. Planking is done by lying face down to the ground. You can put creativeness in this photography by doing planking in rare or uncommon places. Jump shots can also be related to this Planking since it is also popular to youths or teen agers. Teen agers are getting crazy on how they can perfect their shots and this is how they can show that they are having fun in place where they are with their friends.

For me, my best picture is when I dance in my sister's Debut program. Because of that picture I feel that I'm a bad boy dancer and cool. Many compliments as well. This picture also encourages me to dance with a passion. – Jomari Angelo B. Basilio
For me, everyone’s best picture is not the picture wherein they look perfect or they look amazingly beautiful. The best picture that can be considered is the picture wherein it shows that they are happy and enjoying life so they capture every moment that come. –Rocel Marie P. Medina
I am Genilene Ara A. Moreno a senior student in Far Eastern University taking Bachelor of Science Major in Internal Auditing. I am a cheerful petite girl and I'm always thinking happy thoughts. I chose this picture because every time I look at it I always remember my childhood days. When I was a kid I'm so excited when my mother and father told me that we were going to the beach. I always told them that I will built a sand castle for them, but until now I didn't completely build a sand castle for them because I don't know how. And now that I am a graduating student and soon to be a successful professional will not only build a sand castle for my parents but a real dream house. :)
When you look at your life, the greatest happiness’s are family happiness. You don't choose your family. They are God's gift to you, as you are to them. Having a place to go is a home. Having someone to love is a family. Having both is a blessing. Create a comfortable life space. –Jeff Salumbides
Honestly, i dont like pictures. i just dont like it. Probably because i dont have a pretty face. But there are times when i am forced to take pictures. those times are taking picture for ID's, class picture and grad pic.
However, pictures are the only way to freeze time, and capture moment. And as i grow older, realized that pictures are like a way to reminisce past. Perhaps when we really are old it is hard to remember something special unless there is a pic that helps you remember the whole thing. That changed my mind and started to like pictures a little.
One picture that i will surely remember for the next 5-6 years is my ID picture. Ahaha i wear it for 4 years during my stay in FEU.- Aljomar Santos
